Key Account Manager Public Sector

Do you aspire to become part of the Benelux End User sales team of one of the world’s largest IT companies that chooses to be different and better? We are looking for an Account Manager to help us reach our ambitious goals and become the driving force behind customer and partner success in the Public Sector segment across Benelux.

Your responsibilities:
  • Growing Lenovo’s customer base via a clear Lenovo Benelux company positioning and Account Business Planning
  • Development of new business and customer acquisition plans
  • Identification, qualification and closure of sales opportunities
  • Collaboration with the Benelux Channel organization to gain support & approval for local strategy and growth planning
  • Establish a professional and trustworthy relationship with the end-customer.

  • Your day to day activities also include,
  • Weekly account status reporting – Forecasting of customer set revenue and margin
  • Identification of business risks (gap analyses) and creation of mitigation plans at early stage
  • Proposal creation, internal pricing alignment and strategy

  • You will report to the Director Enterprise, Public Sector & Global Account Benelux and will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.


    Position Requirements:

    What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the field of sales of ICT products
  • Familiarity with the Public Sector Business in the Benelux region
  • Entrepreneurial personality, customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations
  • Professional fluency in English and Dutch
