Position Description:

Lenovo Netherlands is growing! We are looking for an experienced professional to be one of our senior Channel Account Managers of our biggest business partners.

Your Key responsibilities are to:
-Develop strategic metric driven growth sales plans for each of your customers
-Execute and maintain Account Business Plans & manage the performance of resellers to maximize Lenovo business
-Setup regular meetings and business planning sessions with internal Stakeholders and Partners, including QBR’s
-Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities and engage with all responsible internal and external stakelholders
-Report weekly on account status – quarterly performance, forecasting and business planning vs target
-Establish a clear Lenovo Benelux company positioning
-Collaborate with EMEA Channel and SMB organization to gain support & approval for local Segment strategy and growth planning
-Identify business risks (ongoing gap analyses) and create recovery plans at an early stage

Your Activities also include:

Business Management & Planning
-Work with the Lenovo and business partners marketing organization to develop quarterly marketing plans for your customer set
-Forecasting of customer set revenue and margin
-Driving initiatives to maximize mix, margin and overall product contribution to the portfolio & business
-Managing the provision of relevant input to the annual & quarterly planning cycles by Line of Business key financials (Platform Mix, Units, AUR, AUM, Rev$, Margin$)

Market Understanding & Customer Connect:
-Analysing and building tactical plans based on market share, share of wallet of your customer set, pricing analyses and competitive insight
-Building and maintaining excellent relationships with selected business partners and leverage our channel incentive programs

Vereisten

Proven successful commercial sales track record

-IT industry expert, hardware and services
-Expert in channel partner management
-Degree level or equivalent education in business discipline or marketing
-Excellent interpersonal skills, able to negotiate while maximizing customer satisfaction
-Customer focused – able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations
-Excellent analytical and planning skills
-Fluency in Dutch and English
